Cancer Support

When an individual is first diagnosed with Cancer, a great deal of their time is spent working with medical professionals to help treat the physical side of this disease. While this of course should be the primary focus, an individual’s emotional reaction can often be overlooked.

Feelings of isolation, frustration, anger, confusion, and grief are common reactions during one’s battle with cancer, and finding support to address these emotions can be a crucial part of one’s treatment. Within my practice, I often work with individuals with various types of cancer and prognoses, helping them address the wide range of emotions common throughout their disease process.
